This page explains what Jawab AI collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details such as your email address.
• The resume and job description you add to a session.
• Transcripts of your sessions and the answers suggested to you.
• Your credit usage and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

Audio

During a live session, the audio you share is sent to a speech-to-text provider and converted to text. We do not store audio recordings. In mock interviews, your browser's own speech recognition turns your spoken answers into text.

How we use it

To transcribe your sessions, suggest answers, show your history, and keep the service secure. Transcripts, your resume and the job description are sent to an AI provider only to generate suggestions.

Your choices

You can delete sessions from your history, and delete your whole account yourself from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your resume, sessions, mock interviews and built resumes.
