Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bought something by mistake, or changed your mind before using it? You can get a full refund within 7 days. Every account also gets a free 10-minute trial session, so you can check that Jawab AI works for you before paying.

7-day refund for unused purchases

You can get a full refund within 7 days of a purchase, as long as you haven't used it:

• Credit packs: unused means no live session has been paid for with a credit since you bought the pack.
• Unlimited plans: unused means no live session has run on the plan since the payment. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

Once a purchase has been used, even for one session, it can't be refunded. We don't give partial refunds for leftover credits or for the unused part of a plan.

One refund per person

Each person can get one refund. After that, later purchases can't be refunded, including purchases on other accounts. When a refund is approved, the credits from that purchase are removed, or the plan ends immediately.

How to get a refund

Log in, open Plans & billing and click Request refund next to the purchase. If it qualifies, the refund is issued right away. The money goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Sessions that don't work

If you end a live session within 5 minutes of starting it, before any answer is suggested, the credit or free trial it used is given back automatically. A session paid with a credit that you end within 30 minutes gives half the credit back. Neither counts as a refund.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel an Unlimited plan anytime from Plans & billing. It stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Misuse

We may refuse refunds when we see fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds.

Delivery

Jawab AI is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Plans and credits are added to your account right after payment.
