These terms describe how you may use Jawab AI, run by Jawab AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for following the rules of any interview, assessment or platform you use Jawab AI with, and any laws on recording or transcribing conversations.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

AI-generated content

Suggested answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them. They are not professional career advice.

Plans, credits and payments

Every account gets one free trial session. After that, live sessions need an Unlimited plan or credits. Unlimited plans renew automatically each week, month or year until you cancel; after cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unlimited plans include up to 3 hours of live sessions a day (fair use); past that, a credit is used if you have one. Credits are one-time purchases and don't expire; a session you end within 30 minutes uses half a credit. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the site. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will note the date of the latest change on this page.
